Guardrails are being constructed on Florida's Turnpike in Osceola County, and they will be finished faster than expected.Turnpike leaders sped up the process after a series of crossover crashes, WESH NewsChannel 2 reported.They hope to complete the project by July 2005 -- five years earlier than they had originally anticipated.
It will cost $50 million to put the guardrails up from Fort Pierce to Wildwood.
