WESH-TV welcomes consumer complaints.

Simply fill out the form below or send an e-mail to consumer@wesh.com. Please include your complete contact information (name, address and phone number), as well as contact information for the business you are having a problem with. Also, include a brief synopsis of the nature of the problem and what documentation you have. In order for use to look into your case, you must be willing to be interviewed on camera.

Complaints can also be made by calling the consumer hotline at (407) 628-WESH.

Because of the volume of e-mail and telephone calls, we do not reply to every concern you may have, but we do read and review each complaint.
