Two-day festival takes place Friday July 4 from 1-11 p.m. and Saturday July 5 from 9 a.m.-6 p.m. in downtown Flagler Beach.

Surfing lessons by Will Tant from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Cost is $20 and includes lunch. Proceeds benefit the Junior Lifeguards.
"Olde Fashioned Forth" parade will be on Saturday July 5 at 10 a.m.
